Terms
Terms of Use
These terms set expectations in plain language. OdysseusAI.run helps explain setup choices around Odysseus AI, but you are still responsible for reviewing commands, protecting credentials, and deciding what runs on your machine.
support@odysseusai.run is for paid Launch Kit customers, purchase and download issues, refund questions, privacy requests, and clear public-page corrections. Free install pages are self-serve, and we will not ask for API keys, passwords, full .env files, or private logs.
Independent and unofficial
OdysseusAI.run is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the official Odysseus AI project or its repository maintainers.
Before running commands, scripts, or configuration changes, verify the official Odysseus source at the pewdiepie-archdaemon/odysseus repository. This site can help explain the route, but the official source stays the source of truth.
Free guides are self-serve
Free install guides, Docker notes, Ollama pages, Windows walkthroughs, Mac setup pages, and troubleshooting articles are educational, self-serve resources.
They can help you reason through setup, but they do not guarantee that every local environment will work and they do not include one-to-one support for every free install attempt.
Paid Launch Kit support scope
The Launch Kit and related support references describe independent setup assistance. They do not sell Odysseus AI itself, do not include a modified Odysseus build, and do not replace the official open-source project.
Paid Launch Kit support covers purchase questions, download problems, missing or unclear paid-kit materials, kit-specific setup questions, and refund requests. It does not include unlimited custom engineering, remote access to your machine, guaranteed successful installation on every environment, or support for unrelated local AI projects.
Refunds and checkout
For refund requests, failed checkout issues, duplicate purchases, or download access problems, contact support@odysseusai.run with the order email and safe receipt context.
Do not send payment card numbers, account passwords, provider credentials, or private keys. We only need enough purchase context to understand and handle the request.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing commands, protecting credentials, understanding network exposure, keeping authentication enabled, and backing up important data before making changes.
If a public page is outdated or unclear, you can send the page URL and section to support@odysseusai.run. Corrections are welcome, but please keep secrets and private logs out of the email.
If you are a paid Launch Kit customer, include your order email, Gumroad receipt context, and the specific kit file or step involved. For public-page corrections, include the page URL and section. Keep keys, passwords, private paths, and unredacted logs out of the email.
