Privacy

Privacy Policy

Local AI setup can sit close to private files, provider keys, logs, and machine details. Our privacy approach is to keep support narrow, ask for redacted context, and avoid collecting secrets we do not need.

Independent and unofficial
Paid support for Launch Kit buyers
No secrets or raw logs
Paid support boundary

support@odysseusai.run is for paid Launch Kit customers, purchase and download issues, refund questions, privacy requests, and clear public-page corrections. Free install pages are self-serve, and we will not ask for API keys, passwords, full .env files, or private logs.

Paid support email

What paid support may need

If you contact support about the paid Launch Kit, a purchase, a download, a refund, or a Gumroad receipt, you may provide your email address, order context, operating system, setup route, redacted error text, and the kit file or step you are asking about.

We use that information to understand the request, confirm purchase context when needed, answer the support question, handle refund or access issues, and improve Launch Kit materials.

What free guide usage does not require

You can read the free install guides without sending us your local files, Odysseus instance, provider accounts, model credentials, API keys, passwords, or full logs.

If you report a public-page correction, we only need the page URL, the section, and a short explanation of what looks wrong or outdated.

Analytics and site improvement

OdysseusAI.run may use analytics to understand which install guides, Docker pages, Ollama pages, Windows pages, Mac pages, and troubleshooting pages are most useful.

Analytics help improve structure, internal links, speed, and clarity. They do not give us access to your local workspace, local Odysseus instance, provider keys, or private files.

Secrets and redaction

Please do not send API keys, passwords, provider tokens, full .env files, private file paths, private hostnames, SSH keys, or unredacted logs.

If you accidentally share a secret, rotate it first. After that, continue with only redacted screenshots or error text if the issue still needs discussion.

Privacy requests

For privacy questions, email removal, or correction requests, contact support@odysseusai.run. Include the email address involved and enough context for us to find the relevant request.

A privacy request should be about your contact information, purchase context, submitted support context, or page correction details. We do not need access to your local machine to handle it.

support@odysseusai.run

If you are a paid Launch Kit customer, include your order email, Gumroad receipt context, and the specific kit file or step involved. For public-page corrections, include the page URL and section. Keep keys, passwords, private paths, and unredacted logs out of the email.
